“Selah Me” will provide practical instruction to help women learn ways to relax in place. Simple remedies can usher in immediate restoration. Participants will receive instructions on self-soothing techniques including affirmation recitals, positive meditation, basic stretching, breathing techniques, movement, progressive relaxation, coloring, homemade salt scrubs, journaling, planting, and painting that require little time. “Selah Me”
